Description
Phoenix paludosa is a species of flowering plant in the palm family, a species of palm tree native to Southeast Asia and India. The trees grow in clusters, to 5 meters (196 inches) high, usually forming dense thickets. The leaves are 2 to 3 meters (78 to 118 inches) long and recurved. Similar to Nypa leaves, but smaller and placed towards the plant’s top.
Phoenix paludosa is a low-maintenance tree that requires minimal care. It is important to water the tree regularly during the first few years of growth to promote healthy root development.
