We ship to every country in the world from our seed room in Porto, Portugal, and shipping is free on orders over €30.
Orders are packed and handed to the postal service within 2 business days of payment. Every packet is sealed and labelled with its species, SKU, lot number and harvest year, and packed in Portugal. Orders placed on weekends or Portuguese public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery usually takes from 5 business days to a few weeks, and on some international routes it can take more than a month. Longer delays are almost always caused by the international postal network or by customs checks in the destination country, both outside our control. Seeds are dormant and are not harmed by a longer journey when packed as we pack them.
Shipping is free to every country on orders over €30. Below that amount, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout from the destination and weight of your order and shown before you pay.
Our standard shipping is untracked letter post, which keeps costs low for small, light parcels like seed packets. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.
Seeds are plant material, and many countries regulate their import. Before ordering, please check that the species you choose may be imported into your country. Import duties, taxes and inspection fees are paid by the buyer. We do not issue phytosanitary certificates, so we cannot ship to customers whose country requires one for the species ordered. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel held, returned or destroyed by customs because a species is not permitted in the destination country.
If your order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch (European Union) or 60 days after dispatch (rest of the world), write to us at [email protected] with your order number and we will send it again at no cost.
If a parcel arrives damaged or open, please photograph the packaging and the packets before discarding anything and send the photos to us within 14 days of delivery.
