Peat, coconut fiber, vermiculite, perlite, sand, pumice, or standard succulent/cacti potting mix

Recommended container
Small pots, seed trays, or shallow containers with excellent drainage

Growing Tips
Scatter seeds on surface and cover lightly with thin layer of potting mix. Do not bury seeds deeply as they require light to germinate. Keep substrate consistently moist but never waterlogged during germination. Soak seeds overnight in warm water before sowing to enhance germination. After emergence, remove plastic cover to reduce humidity. Keep seedlings in bright, warm conditions with excellent drainage to prevent root rot. Once established, transplant into individual pots with well-draining succulent mix. Gradually acclimate seedlings to full sun. For seed collection, use fresh seeds as viability decreases with age.
