Description
Hibiscus mutabilis, commonly known as Confederate rose or cotton rose, is a large, deciduous shrub or small tree in the mallow family (Malvaceae). Native to China and widely cultivated in warm climates, it can grow 2 to 5 meters tall and is admired for its spectacular flowers that change color over the course of a day, from white in the morning to pink and then deep rose by evening.
